The main level, which is on the 2nd floor, is the heart of the home, where everyone naturally gathers. What We Provide To help you settle in comfortably, we provide: • Fresh bed linens • Bath towels and beach towels • Soap and basic toiletries • Starter supply of coffee • Starter supply of paper products and trash bags The kitchen also includes basic cookware, serving pieces, and a small selection of pantry staples and seasonings. Please note: The Fireplace is only for aesthetic purposes and does not work. We do not provide baby items. Happy to refer out to a concierge service for items needed. Beach Beauty House Rules Who Can Book: • Must be 25+ to reserve and stay. Pets: • Up to 2 pets are welcome, $225 fee. • Please add pets to your guest count for pet reservation. • Please keep pets off furniture and don’t leave them unattended. No Smoking: • Smoking not allowed anywhere on the property. Beach Gear: • We provide some gear in the garage for your beach fun. • Please return items after use. Beachfront Notes: • Being right on the beach means you might see the occasional bug. • We treat the home quarterly and as needed. • Refunds aren’t issued for bugs, but keeping doors closed in the evenings helps keeps cool air in and bugs out.
